Food is one of our basic needs. Regardless, most of us viewed food as a passion and viewed it with a degree of indulgence. Asian cuisine is some of the most exotic out there. Asian food, in all its colors and tastes, is becoming increasingly popular and beloved by many Westerners. When compared to the food of the American and European continent, the foods of Asia tend to stand out due to their diversity. A large number of countries in Asia offer countless types of food, very different from each other. Indian food, for example, has such a wide range of cuisines to try that it would take several ages for even a food lover to taste and enjoy them all. Now, let’s go a little further into Asia. There is another Asian country, Singapore, which is known as the center of authentic Asian food. An endless wide variety of cuisines from various Asian regions can be found here. There is authentic Thai food, Chinese food, Nonya food or another great secret in the culinary world. Also, there is Peranakan food that is unique to the gorge.

What about the Far East? What is there to enjoy? It is the place where the best example of Asian food is found – none other than Japanese and Korean cuisine. As far as Asian food as a genre goes, Japanese and Korean cuisine have redefined the entire genre. How is that? Asian cuisine is supposed to be mostly rice-oriented, right? But as you may have noticed, the vast majority of Japanese, Korean, and Chinese dishes use noodles in their dishes, instead of rice. Another thing, Asian food is supposed to be overcooked. However, what are you going to say about sushi next? Probably the most well-known Asian food is the one that is consumed raw.

In fact, every country in the Asia region has its own unique cuisine, which differs significantly even from the cuisine of the surrounding regions. So the foods of Asia can be considered a classification of convenience, because these disparate cuisines cannot be classified otherwise. There is no wonder why there has been an increasing number of proponents and consumers of tasty and delicious Asian food.
