Curd roll recipe | Dahi Ke Shuli | Dahi bread roll –

Preparation time – 10 minutes.

ingredients –

1. Thick Curd/Stabilized Yoghurt – ½ cup

2. Bread slices – 8 pcs

3. The last chopped onion – 2 tbsp

4. Lastly chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp

5. Lastly chopped fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

6. Boiled corn – 2 tbsp

7. Chopped carrot last – 1 tbsp (optional)

8. Salt – to taste

9. Black pepper – 1 tablespoon

How to make curd rolls

1. First of all, take a mixing bowl and add thick curd.

2. Now add all the ingredients like onions, capsicum, corn, carrots, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper except for the bread slices.

3. Mix all ingredients properly with a spoon. Make sure that all the spices and vegetables are well mixed into the suspended curd. Set this bowl aside.

4. Now take a slice of bread and cut off the edges/corners of the bread. Now flatten the bread with the plank and make it as thin as possible. If you don’t want to waste baking corners, you can make your own bread crumbs by grinding them into a batter and they can be used in different recipes.

5. Now put a tablespoon of the prepared filling on one side of the bread leaving one side and corners.

6. Brush a little water from all edges/corners.

8. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry these bread curd rolls over medium heat. Keep in mind that the flame should not be too high, otherwise the rolls will not be fried properly.
